From our beginnings in the 1960s to becoming an established corporation in 1973, our family-owned business has been committed to precision, reliability, and personalized service. What started as a passion for surveying has grown into a full-service firm supporting homeowners, builders, and developers throughout Douglas County and surrounding areas.
A Family Legacy, Expanded
When Kevin returned to Castle Rock after earning his engineering degree, he brought a new dimension to the company. By adding engineering services, we’re able to guide projects from initial survey through final approval—making the process simpler and more efficient for our clients.
As teenagers, both boys worked in the field, acquiring practical training in surveying.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Mike returned to Colorado and worked for many years as a crew chief. In 2010, he advanced to supervising survey crews and consulting with clients to ensure they received the appropriate survey services for their needs.
After serving in the U.S. Navy and living away from Colorado for 25 years, Kari returned to Castle Rock where she took on multiple key roles, including office manager, bookkeeper, and sewer and water inspector.
Kevin’s daughter and son-in-law have been part of our team for nearly 20 years. Several non-family employees have each contributed more than 30 years of service. It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has passed—we’ve even had four team members retire after nearly 40 years with us.
